Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation
You may cancel the contract up till two weeks after it’s signed and confirmed without declaring of any special reason. This can be done via email, snail mail or fax, but must be done in written form. The start of the 14 day period begins after you receive the receipt. However not before contract was signed and you’ve been informed according to §312 c section 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 section 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV, and we’ve fulfilled our obligations according to § 312e section 1 setting 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV . In order to be sure that the cancelation gets to us in time, be sure to send an email as well as the written document to:

Consequences of the cancelation
After the cancelation has been resolved, any services and payments on both sides will be paid back, including any product-based benefits. If the services received can’t be rescheduled or are rescheduled partially or in bad condition, you have to refund the value. Payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days. This time limit starts as soon as you send us the cancelation notice.
