Upon request, you or your group can be accompanied by a female guide, a service we only offer to female customers. We have very well qualified female guides, however, basically it makes from the quality no difference whether her tour a female or male guide looked after.

Clothing
For the Sightjogging tours, you should wear clothes that you can exercise in and some kind of running shoe. Nothing fancy, but something with a sole that gives some support.

Arrangement/ details of the tours
Guides:During the Sightjogging/walking tours, you are accompanied by a well- experienced and friendly guide, who will show you all the highlights sights of Berlin in an active and appealing way. In a Nordic walking tour, a practised guide will always begin the tour with an introduction to the mechanics of Nordic walking.
Our tours are for everyone, even those who are not at all familiar with Sightwalking (Nordic Walking) or Sightjogging, but would like to learn!

Participation conditions
We adapt ourselves to your tempo. At any time you can make an additional stop (with special sights there are always small breaks if you wish, for photos etc.) or if you so wish, we can end the tour wherever you see fit. Health and wellbeing always come first.
Fundamentally, the standard tours are configured to enable the average person to finish without having previously been trained. With Sightjogging XL tours, you should be able to jog around 10 km (ca 6 miles) in a pace you of your preference. SJSW Sightjogging/Sightwalking Berlin is not liable for the personal health problems of its customers which could arise during the course of a tour. Therefore, we explicitly advise that every participant determine for him- or herself whether a jogging or walking tour, from 60 to 120 minutes would be the most suitable and enjoyable. Payment
When you book a tour online, you can comfortably make a money transfer or pay at the beginning of the tour.

You can reserve an individually scheduled time with for when the tour starts. For standard arranged appointments, you will meet your guide at the start of the tour in front of the restaurant/cafe Tucher at Brandenburg Gate (Pariser Platz 6a, 10117 Berlin), or you can arrange a different meeting point of your choosing. Also, we can arrange for your guide to pick you up where you are staying here in Berlin.

Start / Finish of the tours
All standard tours we offer begin at Brandenburg Gate. The meeting point is in front of the restaurant/ café Tucher. The end of the tour (see the Ending overview) we either return to the Brandenburg Gate or it finish at Alexander Platz or Oberbaumbrücke.
Every area/meeting point can be easily reached using public transportation. Also, an individual meeting point can be arranged or your guide can pick you up at your hotel and the tour can commence from there, whatever suits you best!
