The Nordic Fitness Center is a regional center-point of the DNV (German Nordic walking/ Nordic Inline Union). With regional and national cooperation partners, we build a network of movement, health, stress relief and nutrition.

Experienced DNV Nordic walking instructors offer Nordic walking at a higher level. This is the movement concept of promoting health using walking sticks. Every generation can achieve an effective movement and build up strength and energy. A Nordic walking trainer accompanies us on our tours and gives technical information and details.
