Reservation
Please send us the booking form and answer the following questions under „Comments“:
~ Your name / address ( buyer of the coupon)
~ Name and address of the recipient (address is not necessary for e-mail certificates)
~ Which tour you would like to give. Or if you’d like an indivudually arranged one.
~ Meeting time and date in case prearranged (can also be agreed upon later).
~ How long would you like your tour, standard, XL or personal preference.

Payment and order
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation to your e-mail, which includes information for a bank transfer.
After the transaction is successfully processed, we will immediately send you your personalized gift certificate via e-mail or via post, or the recipients given address, if requested.
The meeting time can be determined by the certificate recipient, unless it is already stated on the certificate.
The certificate is valid indefinitely and can be transferred.
You can order the certificate under „Booking (reservations?)“ and write us the address, the name and the reason for the gift and we will make a note of this. Shipping takes up to 2 working days after the payment has been confirmed, domestic costumers. For international costumers, please contact us.
