On the 24th of October it is so far: Berlin runs with the whole world and for the German child endowment and youth endowment (DKJS). Is, besides, in Nike + 10 km Humanly Race and support at the same time children and youngsters. Since 2003 promotes the DKJS together with Nike girls interested in sport and boys. The possibility should be given in projects like girl's strengths or ELBOWROOM you to go in not only for sports, but also to become a part of the society personally. The aim of all projects is to help children and youngsters in difficult social spheres by sports offers to more assurance and to allow to them thereby better personal perspectives.

37. real BERLIN MARATHON / 25. + 26. September 2010

Festival of Lights Berlin 14. bis 25. Oktober 2009 in Berlin


With fireworks in Illuminationen and events the FESTIVAL transforms OF LIGHTS ™ also in 2009 again the German capital during two weeks into a unique glittering metropolis. World-famous historical landmarks and places of Berlin like the Brandenburg Gate, the Funkturm, the Berlin cathedral and the television tower are put spectacularly with light, events, projections and fireworks in scene. The festival is accompanied by numerous art events and cultural events all around the subject Light.

The festival lights will enchant Berlin from the 14th to the 25th of October, 2009 anew.
