1. Participation in tours of SJSW Sightjogging & Sightwalking Berlin

SJSW Sightjogging & Sightwalking Berlin assumes no liability for health problems of the participants who appear during or as a result of the participation in a tour. SJSW Sightjogging & Sightwalking Berlin expressly points out to the fact that the participants themselves are responsible for convincing themselves before the registration to our tours by a medical investigation of the fact that a Sightjoggingtour is healthwise safe up to 90 minutes or a Sightwalkingtour up to 120 minutes for them.

2. Cancelation fees / agreement of dates

The agreed dates for the execution of the tours are confirmed in each case by e-mail or by telephone by SJSW Sightjogging & Sightwalking Berlin and validly therefore as binding. The price agreed moreover becomes due therefore. For fairness reasons SJSW Sightjogging & Sightwalking Berlin offers for their customers on the base of health reasons, extreme weather conditions or other extraordinary reasons to change the date of another date which will have to be agreed. Coupons are extendable and also transferable. (see also our cancellation instruction moreover) Should the participants not appear by the agreed date of the tour and not announce themselves at the latest 24 hours before the date to SJSW Sightjogging & Sightwalking Berlin by telephone, by Telefax or e-mail, our performance is valid as produced.
